I received this product through the Amazon Vine programme and this review is based on my own opinions.This is a very handy support that is lightweight, breathable and long enough to wear in a variety of way to provide support. I have used mainly as a knee support for sports for that extra bit of stability. The compression pad works well and the brace is secure. It also comfortable enough to wear for longer periods.This is good value and I will continue to use.

This product was ok, but there are a number of things which I found disappointing. On the good side. It was reasonably well made. On the downside, this is intended to go around your thigh/quad to place pressure on your IT band. Problem is there is no grip/stickyness to the band, so it’s pretty much impossible to have it stay in place when you walk unless you strap it tightly just above your knee. Second the pad which is supposed to apply pressure hardly protrudes. I had a similar devise for a patela tendon on there was a foam strip that protruded about 10-15mm to put that pressure on. On this the section of that band that is supposed to apply pressure barely sticks out any further than the rest. Finally, the ‘hook’ component of the Velcro fasten, depending on which bit of the band you attach it to, is wider than the band - especially when the band is under tension. This becomes irritating as it itches your skin with the overhang. I ended up trimming it with scissors to make it narrower. I have up with this after a week.

The fit on this band has a very wide range and is able to fit on the knee, calf or thigh because it is so adjustable . It is very comfortable to wear making it feel secure without pinching the skin. The strap is a little wider than most so it covers a bigger area than most straps. It is easy to adjust and has a little padding.A great buy.
