Q: I wear a 4.5 in men shoes what size should i get for these sandals ?

Normally you add 2 sizes to men size to convert to women size. So 4.5 is like 6.5 in women's however this sandals only comes in full size, I recommend size 7 in womens

Nike typically runs tight, I wear 10.5 shoes but I get these in size 11. On my second pair in my life and 11 fit me perfect. There a little tight at first even at 11 but once there broken in they fit good like any pair of shoes you need to break them in.

I'm sorry Donna but I'm not sure myself of what B(M) 7 US means either.I knowI purchased that size for myself and they fit fine. I usually wear a Size 7.
