not much to say
not much to say apart from they work and make a soft cushion for your heel in your shoes

Good but only with socks on
These heel lifts fit well and can be cut to size. They stuck well but after a few days there was movement and they slipped down - I can only assume this was due to perspiration due to my feet being naked. I put them back in pack and wore socks and there is less movement

Great padding if you need heel support
I love these heel cushion pads. I require support in my shoes because of heel discomfort and use insoles in most footwear. However a pair of boots I wear on most days is so narrow I cannot use orthotics in them. I have tried so many different cushioning pads but made things worse for me.These Podotech cushion pads are very well made and so comfortable. I absolutely love that they have some adhesive on the back to help them stay in place. They're cut just right for me. They'll fit most shoes imo - not just sports shoes. The rubber upper layer offers some grip so the feet doesn't slip forward into the shoe. They are good quality and a great option for adding support and padding in footwear. Recommended.

Pretty good heel pads for the cost.
These are not bad heel cushions for the price, but after trialling them for the past few weeks, I’m afraid I can’t be tempted away from my usual brand of Dr. Scholl’s Orthotics for Heel Pain. Having said that, my usual brand are more than twice the price of these ones. If you’re on a budget, or don’t want to spend a lot of money on something that will work, these definitely do offer a reasonable amount of softness and support while you’re walking.Although these pads have an adhesive backing, they didn’t actually stick to the insole of my trainers, or leave a sticky residue behind. I was actually very thankful of this, as I didn’t want my favourite trainers messed up. They did stay in place even without adhering, but were maybe very slightly too wide. The sizes available were 3-6, 7-8 or 9-13. My trainers are a 6.5 extra wide fit, so a little larger than the 3-6. I opted for the 7-8, as I thought my extra wide fitting would be equivalent to a standard size 7-8. They were only a few millimetres too wide though. It doesn’t say anywhere that you can cut them down, so I just left them as they were. The main reason I wouldn’t swap to these from my existing brand is that my usual ones cover about a third of the size of your insoles, and transition from wafer thin, up to a very gradual incline towards the heel. The height difference at the starting edge of the orthotic is so subtle that you can’t even feel that you’re wearing them at all. They also have a softer heel cushion, which is in exactly the right place for me. Each pair lasts me around 6 months too. These heel cushions don’t have the same sort of gradual incline as my regular ones, so you can feel you’re wearing them. As you walk, you can feel the straight edge where they finish beneath your foot. Although they still offer a reasonable amount of shock absorption, you still know they are inside your shoe with every step you take. They're certainly not uncomfortable, just not seamless like my usual ones.

Ideal for achilles rupture although not a long term solution
These podotech heel inserts provide a good measure of lift for damaged Achilles although not a solution or repair the idea is to get back to painless walking and these do the job!The adhesive backing peels off ready to fix in place. Make sure your shoes are clean and dry before application but you can wash them if they get dirty and might regain the ability to stick back in place.I feel these may or may not need modification or adjustment for everyone who uses them to get the fit right. The gel will adjust overtime so you must allow time to settle in and adjust to your feet. If you experience any pain or discomfort then I would remove them and consult with your gp incase they are not suitable and an alternative can be recommended to you.

Good idea bad design.
The gel is super absorbent but as you can see the pad does not go down in a wedge shape, there is a step at the narrow end and unfortunately you can feel it all day under your heel.

Incredibly confortable and effective
I have problems with my feet and in the past have had to spend quite a lot of money with a podiatrist so that I can walk without pain. I found for some of my shoes, that heel risers quite effective as an alternative. I have used others in the past but found them too squishy and that they fall apart quite easily. These heel cushions have plenty of give but are firm and robust. I find them incredibly comfortable to wear and walk on, the most comfortable I have tried. They stay in position and support my heels very well. I'm really pleased with these heel cushions and will be putting them in all of my boots!
