Without a doubt, the bestest air fryer I've ever seen or used. Cosori has figured out the formula for putting design and function in one beautiful air fryer. I did a heap of research after my last unit (not a Cosori) bit the dust, just after the warranty did the same. I decided on the Turbo Blaze after reading customer reviews, Consumer Reports, and Good Housekeeping. Size is perfect, and the well lighted control panel is very easy to read. I have done tatertots to crispy perfection in 14 minutes, mouthwatering grilled asparagus in 7 minutes, and barbecued chicken in just under 22 minutes...juicy and crispy. I have used my Turbo Blaze almost every day, but the items I mentioned were repeat favorites. The ceramic grate lifts out and is the requires only as rinse. The drawer needs just a damp towel, although both pieces are dishwasher safe. The glass top wipes off without spotting. It does not have a window, but I found that watching food cook was like watching paint dry. Cosori has included a well thought out cookbook with a chart for everyday basics. They have done their work so you can have the enjoyment. This is a great addition to any kitchen, whether to give or receive. Love it!I will add that I'm a former chef with 38 years experience...now retired and cooking for one, maybe two. If a septuagenarian can use this, the younger generations will find it a breeze.This review is mine. I saw no need for this. Tater tots and sausages came out perfectly withoutshaking the basket.

What can I say that others haven't about this air fryer? We use it almost exclusively, and don't use the oven a whole lot anymore. Cooks fast, doesn't heat up the kitchen a lot, especially since it's summer now, very very simple to clean the basket and crisper plate, and fits nicely on our counter not taking up a lot of room. It's also priced right. We cooked all kinds of meats, and vegetables to perfection. I really can't offer any other accolades from what others said...it is one fantastic air fryer. I do have only one problem...I should have bought 2 of them right away!!! You won't regret getting this one. :)

We absolutely love this air fryer, so much better than the double drawer one from another brand we had before. The basket is big and the unit is versatile and accurate. It’s also easy to clean. The overall quality is superb. Cooking a marinated filet mignon at 450° for 9-11 minutes on Broil results in a juicy and delectable medium rare steak with a charred crust, which rivals all other means of cooking meat. We are thrilled and wished all kitchen appliance products were made this well.

Excellent product. I bought the small air fryer and it is easy to use. But my portion sizes were such that I couldn't cook a meal in the small one. So I bought the big one. First world issue: Now I cook my meat, chicken (four wings), steak, frozen shrimp, etc., in the small one and cook up some french fries or frozen spring rolls, practically anything in the big one. Everything comes out great, especially the chicken wings. I buy them from a store that has already cut and marinated them. The steak comes out juicy and tender. The caveat is you have to follow the cooking directions, which are easily available on you tube. I actually bought mine based on a you tuber "EmpowerCooks" recommendation. She has her kids test and rate her food. Back to the cooking instructions. The recommended cooking time was 6 minutes per side for steak and the first time I did it the meat, while tender and flavorful, was a little to well done. So I backed the time off to 5 minutes per side and it was incredible. The Cosori also has a broil feature that I have not used yet.It is well made, easy to see buttons, uses very little oil (I use avocado oil and a Misti sprayer), and is very easy to clean.
