Conté à ParisRound 2B Carbon Sketching Pencil

Don't buy these 'Conte a Paris carbone' pencils. I bought quite a handful, all grades, and they all break repeatedly when sharpened, whether with a pencil sharpener or with a sharp penknife. In many cases, I have gone down inches trying to get them even broadly sharpened, with them breaking repeatedly on me. They are a complete waste of time, effort and money. They destroy any effort or will to draw. Never again! Wolff carbon pencils are far better and more usable than these.

I love the look this produces - it is dark with a sense of warmth to it; however, it breaks even just sitting in my pencil case. I've only used the pencil for two drawings and it is already half gone with the number of times it has broken.
