Disappointed and misleading
We were disappointed in this product the doll hair was not like the picture the hair was knotted and falling out the skin was a ashy color. My granddaughter was very disappointed

Beautiful
She is a smaller doll, but she is so beautiful and her eyes are just beautiful. What surprises me is her hair it is and so delicately and Hair looks so real. I can’t wait for my grandbaby to see her .

Doll does not look like picture
I give this doll three stars because the doll did not look like the picture she was very ugly when I first got her I had to fix her up and do her hair and put her on some different clothes so she looks better so keep in mind if you buy this doll you're going to have to fix her up to make her look cute

Doll arrived as promised and it was not damaged. I had an issue with the look of the doll and they worked with me to remedy the problem very please with the product and service
