If I could give it 10 stars I would!I used this to keep my meds cold during a drive from Alaska to Arkansas. Perfect product for small quantities. I had 9 vials and this little fridge was great all the way. No worries about keeping my meds cold.

For something designed to protect temperature-sensitive medication, I expected better insulation and an accurate temperature gauge. While it's better than similar sized coolers, the HYUNLAI cooler falls short of being the reliable medical accessory it markets itself as. The higher than expected noise level wasn't as irritating as not being able to rely on the temperature display, even while sitting on the counter inside a temperature controlled environment like the bathroom. This cooler might serve your needs, but I'd recommend looking elsewhere for truly dependable protection if you don't want to be replacing it soon. If you are spending this kind of money and want true value for your money, this isn't it. This was never used outside the house and it only lasted 9-10 months before I ended up just throwing it out vs. trying to figure out why yet again it was not working.

Does work better plugged in than on battery, kept my insulin cool for a long multi day drive. Nice that stopping the battery would attempt to keep it cool, but noticed in extreme heat it couldn’t keep up where plugged into 120v it would. I intend to keep using the cooler.

Used it on a 6 hour trip in my truck. Kept my three Mounjaro insulin pins at correct temp and safe from damage. I even put a digital thermometer to track the temperatures. It worked great.

This was great - while it worked. Just over a year of owning it and it will turn off at least once a day. I guess I'll have to look for another from a different company.

This is a sleek white box with a black top that only says "Coolbox" on it. Functions seem pretty easy to use. I did an overnight test to see if meds would stay cold overnight when plugged in and happy to report it works as advertised. The interior is not very deep, see photo, but can hold several pens or vials as described. It comes with a vented black bag that you can use to strap the cooler to a wheelchair or elsewhere for traveling. Highly recommend! Fantastic product.

The cooler is fine, the power brick it ships with is the cheapest ac to USB-DC converter I’ve ever seen. It died after 6 months, using a spare one I had laying around the house to keep this thing going. Lost $400 of medicine due to this issue. If you buy this, throw away the power converter it ships with, pure junk.
