Target came out with them for just under $3 a bottle, everyone including target employees scooped them up knowing they would sell out and then turned around and posted them to amazon and eBay for way more money per bottle. Just messing it up for the real fans of fallout.same thing that happened with pepsi perfect. Was $20 a bottle now on ebay it's $250 a bottle. Target said they gonna have more coming, that's what pepsi said bout PepsiPerfect too. Will u get one? Probably not. Allot of these turds that have cases of them are target employees that took them from the fans and said sorry we are sold out

When will they be coming out with them again?

According to the official Fallout & Target twitter accounts, they plan to restock this week; not sure which day exactly, but the consensus seems to be that stores will receive them Wednesday (12/16) and they will be for sale on Friday (12/18). Maybe this time they can prevent Target employees from understocking and reselling them through Amazon and Ebay.

Why do people feel the need to price gouge?

This is not price gouging. It's supply and demand. The collectable gains value the more rare they are. Price gouging is crime that takes place usually after a natural disaster when a person over inflates the price of necessities (like water) to make major profits off of others suffering.
