LiTime needs to improve the Customer Satisfaction Quotient!
The LiTime charge controller seems to be functioning more or less properly. However, the operation manuals (2) the company makes available fail to describe all functions in enough detail. I emailed their support robot many times and received answers which didn't fully address the questions about operation and adjustment and in one series of emails contradicted an earlier explanation. I had sent full description, references, pictures of the equipment documentation. The robot's answers were not well expressed in English.I had purchased the company's lithium iron phosphate batteries and called the company's California office from which they were shipped at least 4 times. I always got an answering device with a message in Chinese, no option to leave a message and never a callback.LiTime needs to step up to the plate and communicate much better with their customers!.

Works Great
Im using this on a 800w RV solar setup. So far it does as it was designed to. I would recommend this product to others. I did have some shipping issues which the company quickly resolved. Good to know they are there if needed!

Poor service attempt by LiTime.
Within two days began to overcharge my lifepo4 at 20 Volts. Disconnected and reconnected and within an hour did it again. Online service was zero help. I will keep it for a absolutely last resort backup for lead acid only. Buyer beware.
