I love the fresh taste of loose tea, but when I give it as a gift, I never know if the recipient will have an infuser. This is a great way to cover my bases. It is nice looking, functional, and personal.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Cute tea infusers. Only issue is I have to use a tool to squeeze the home so the piece doesn’t fall out.

I know some reviews on here for this product are from a few years ago and had some complaints of it not closing/opening correctly and feeling cheap. The batch I've received are not those at all.They came open (unclasped) in the plastic bag.I've tried opening and closing some of the infusers and some are a little more rigid but once you try opening and closing it once, it's easier all times trying after that.I like this mostly for the value. Most other listings for heart shaped infusers go up to $11 for just 10 pieces too. This is great since I have to order a couple units for party favors I'm putting together.Overall, happy with both quality and value.

For the amount that you get, these are perfect for a party but do not expect them to last too long. I used all ten at a tea party and the hinge on one break right after. It could be easily put back together and bent back into place with a little patience. These are also most suitable for larger leaf teas rather than fine blends like rooibos that are prone to floating out the sides.

Despite their charming appearance, the gaps in the design allow loose tea to escape into the cup, defeating the purpose of a strainer. This design flaw leads to a less than ideal tea-drinking experience, as I often find tea leaves floating in my cup.On the positive side, the strainers are made of sturdy materials and seem durable enough for regular use. The handle is convenient for stirring and removing the strainer from the cup, adding a practical touch to the cute design.

Just received these and the first one I pulled out fell completely apart, and will not go back together. It will be really difficult to hold tea in these.
