This is a wonderful sauce to make with chicken. It is mild and very flavorful, the family loves it. Indian curry can be intimidating due to the levels of spiciness but this is a great one to start with as it is a mild curry.

This product used to be available in the supermarkets. Not so any more. I think it now has to be ordered from abroad. The product was nice, but it taste slightly different from what I remember from not supermarket purchases. It is not more expensive than before.

I enjoy Indian food especially butter chicken and this is the best sauce to me.

Perfect flavor

I just tried this sauce last night. I have made from scratch before and it is better, but this is a fantastic substitute for making from scratch. I used 1/2 lb of chicken tenderloins cut into chunks along with some onion. Fryed them up in a bit of olive oil. Removed meat, deglazed pan with Sherry, had on hand and wanted us use it up. By deglazing, I got all of the scraps loose from the pan, yummy. Put meat, onions and sauce in pan and simmered for about ten mins. Served over Balsamic Rice. Delish. Plenty for two people with a lunch leftover.

I received this sauce as a gift. It's creamy and mild, yet flavorful. I would purchase for myself; but the price here seems a little high.
