Saved a great deal of money buying this over a new iPhone 15pro and I didn’t see any scratches or blemishes on the phone. It only had 9 charge cycles from its prior owner. I’m very happy with this purchase.

I received an iPhone 15 Pro that I ordered from Amazon. I bought this phone as a gift. We received it sealed and left it that way since it was meant to be a present. I felt so embarrassed when I gave the gift—everyone was so excited, especially the person receiving it. But the phone never turned on.It never turned on—the screen just flickered, like it was trying to power on but kept shutting off. We never even saw the Apple logo. Just the low battery icon. We connected it to the charger it came with, then to an official Apple charger directly, and still, nothing.Unfortunately, the person was left without a gift, and now I have to go through the trouble of returning it and explaining what happened. I’m forced to leave a one-star review, though if I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.So please be careful. A callout to Amazon and the sellers: at least make sure you’re delivering something of real value. We’re not asking for more than what was paid, but this isn’t even worth zero dollars, it’s unusable.And now, for the return, we have to wait up to 30 business days for a refund. So if you don’t have spare cash on hand, you can’t even make a new purchase or get a replacement right away. The whole return process takes time.The gift itself is no longer meaningful. It’s not just about whether the device works, this entire situation ruins the whole point of giving a gift.I’m sorry to have to write all this, but I felt it was important for others to be aware.

The phone came like new. The battery life is 97%. There are no scratches or any physical details, and it is unlocked. I still have to connect it since I am taking it as a gift to my mom overseas. The accessories are not original, but the cable is new. Overall, I would 100% recommend it and would do it again.

I paid a premium for a “premium” refurbished item shipped and sold by Amazon.The area around the buttons were pretty grimy but the phone itself looked to be in pretty good condition otherwise. The part that troubled me is that there were nearly 300 cycles on the battery and as a result the battery condition was only a little bit over 90%Generally, they didn’t lie about what is being sold. But there seems to be significant variability.

Purchased Iphone 15 Pro premium renewed to from Amazon sold by Amazon to avoid the hassle dealing with third parties. Phone was in perfect shape from what I can see except for the screen. Noticed when cleaning for screen protector there are 3 or 4 scratches at the top of the screen. For a what I expect is supposed to be as good as it gets for a used phone I was disappointed with the screen scratches. That is the one thing that should NEVER have damage if the phone is a premium renewed phone. I might expect a little cosmetic damage on the frame or something if anywhere but NOT the screen. I am keeping the phone because everything is functional and with a good screen protector the adhesive will fill in the scratches but I know they are there. Battery health was at 92%. Everything appears to be working and overall it's not a bad phone. Rating 3 out of 5 for the screen as that is the one thing I have to look at all the time so scratches are not acceptable unless I am buying a fair quality phone and thus expect cosmetic damage even on the screen.

First the phone took over 2.5 weeks to get to me and then when I did get it and excitedly went to to turn it on and get my old phone transferred over I saw that the phone was dead. Not shut down but just dead. Ok no big deal I plug it in to charge which took an inordinately amount of time for a new phone on its new cord and charging block but ok fine I was willing to be patient. When it finally charged I started to transfer the old data from my phone and that seemed to go fine until it tried to update the software which in my opinion should have already been updated. The phone was stuck all night trying to download the update. I had to shutdown and restart from the beginning. So it ended up not downloading any of my stuff which I think fine I can figure that out later and I’ll just get it set up so I can use the phone and it won’t download my carriers app to get service started. It won’t download any apps even though it’s connected to my WiFi. Waited three weeks for a phone that wouldn’t work. Disappointing to say the least.
