So far so good. I have noticed a difference since I started taking it.

I have been taking these, they don't interact with any of my many medications. They don't leave any aftertaste if you belch. I'm 35 and I just think it's never too early to start thinking about this type of thing. If I can take something that might help, then I'm going to try it out at least once.

Used in concert with pumpkin seed oil for prostate relief. Seems to be starting to work.
