What a fantastic value this is when it comes to Pumpkin Seed Oil. I strongly feel like you can't get any better value over this, and my skin feels very soft and moisturized after taking 3 a day (like they suggest). I also have honestly taken 3 in the morning, and three before I go to bed for the benefit of less DHT, and just more moisture in my skin from the pumpkin seed oil.I think you're getting a huge value, and lots of pumpkin seed oil per mg by taking 3 per day, or even 6 if you want (I've had no side effects). I will continue to buy this as soon as I get down to the final 9 capsules (as I always do). Very good quality, great affordability, and you just simply can't go wrong with this especially if you're geared towards preventing loss of hair before it starts (like me).Luckily I keep my hair, but WANT to continue to keep it, and this does the trick!

This is a great quality pumpkin seed oil. It’s easy to use. I take 1 in the morning and 1 at night with a meal. It’s been a week and half but so far i have notice better quality sleep. Softgels are easy to swallow with food. My pimples started to fade away. I am excited to see more health benefits as i continue taking pumpkin seed oil for a long period of time.

Might not work for everyone because of the vast differences in humans genetic makeup but I have the enlarged prostate thats just a part of getting older for us guys. It was getting so I couldnt even get it out. This stuff started working the first night and still working weeks later. Its amazing, highly recommend if your e having that difficulty going to the bathroom, or going very often. Its made my prostate smaller.

These are easy to swallow gels and do not have an offensive taste when you first place in your mouth to take. Also need to stay consistent for 2 months and results will come. My hair does not fall out as much anymore and I have been getting compliments that it is looking more healthy!

The Carlyle brand I am using now has pale almost clear capsules. Some commenters believe dark red/brown colored capsules mean the pumpkin seed oil has less filler oils. By biting the capsule, I find no difference in the mild taste between dark and pale capsules. I have used up full bottles of 5 different popular brands, and they all seem to be equally effective regardless of capsule color. However, I still get up at least two to three times per night, which is a lot less than before using pumpkin seed oil caps.
