TevaMen's M Omnium 2 Low Rise Hiking Boots

Durable
Bought Teva sandals for years because they last, are comfortable and keep looking good although horror! I have just had to repair a pair my wife bought over 20 years ago. They are more expensive than some but shopping around usually reduces the price. This style is light but sturdy enough for a good walk on light terrain where the closed toe gives protection.

Comfortable and supportive.
Well made, sturdy sole, 3 ways of adjustment to fit and improve support, holds foot in place on moderately variable terrain, closed toe box and side mesh seems to exclude those irritating bits of gravel, feel safe to wear for driving. The lack of lining on the foot bed can be little sweaty in high temperature but facilitates easy cleaning and quick drying if wet. Fast becoming my go to summer footwear, very good value at sale price.

Best footware of this type I've had
I'm not normally a sandals wearer but after years of traipsing around tropical forests I've come to the conclusion that "jungle boots" are a waste of time, you're going to get wet feet whatever you do. So I thought I'd give these a try, along with waterproof socks (spoiler alert, they're not waterproof in those conditions!). What a revelation, they are so comfortable and offer enough protection from pointy sticks and thorns etc. I know this isn't the use most people will want them for but I have to say they have held up brilliantly under these extreme conditions and would recomend them.

Very comfortable
I’ve moved onto to these in the hope that they are going to last longer than by Teva F1 leather sandals which only last one season before breaking (I do wear them continuously for 6 months). They also, hopefully, will stop pebbles going under my sole - something that is very frustrating with more open sandals. This is my last go with Teva (whom I found not helpful with faults), so fingers crossed on a longer lasting sandal.

Great Teva Sandals
As always, Teva produce great sandals. Fantastic in water and the closed toes make it less painful when clambering over wet stones. Fit is great - true to size and adjustments can cope with wide feet. Although at the high end on price, I find my Teva sandals last over 10 years before something gives.

Don't order the US size by mistake.
Just my kind of sandal. Nice and wide for my big feet. Closed toe to protect my toes. Very well made so should last well into next year if we get the weather. Attractive colour in 'Turkish Coffee' .Slight criticism - there's not much give in the elastic gusset. This means that the opening to the sandal isn't as wide as the widest part of the sandal. So getting them actually on and off is quite a strain. This might give as the sandals get worn in a bit.

Well made and really comfortable.
I have had 2 pairs of these and 1 pair of the mk1 version. They are well made and really comfortable.

Designed to crush anything other than slimline feet.
Super tight fit, no flexibility in design, middle part bites into your feet, and middle side strap rips into side of foot, causing immense pain and discomfort. Teva do plenty other styles and walking sandals far more suitable. Terrible regret in purchasing these. Looks stylish and looks the part, but the fit is shocking. My feet are on the wide side, but never had any trouble with any trainer / shoe / sandal like this.

Perfect Old-Man-Uneven-Ground-Dog-Walking Shoe
Have you ever watched "The Dog House" on MAX? Did you come away without thinking, "Ohhh... that could be our dog!" Correct: impossible. Cannot be done. So by the time we had binged into season #2, we were well on our way to a canine relationship. And when we finished season #4, last episode (#8?), we were on the local humane society websites. And thus, Olive, a Spitz mix. 40 pounds of pure dream for a couple well into their 70s. So now, I am walking a dog. What are the potential problems for an old sod walking a dog on uneven ground in the American south land? Well, you worry about falls, so an old guy needs a shoe that provides a wider base because when he looks down, he needs to have a sense of confidence in his base: that's important because it engages the cortical component of walking. A non-slip sole because the backyard is uneven? Sure. A shoe that is adjustable in the heel, width, and point of attachment to your foot and ankle? You betcha. A quick-release buckle to remove them so that you don't have to mess around with velcro straps, say, while reaching across a comfortable, and comforting, belly? Um hmm. A long-lived shoe because you are on a fixed income and you were taught by your mother that shoes should never wear out, just be outgrown? Yes, yes indeed. A sandal-ish style because, after all, college was only 60 years ago, and you are sure that you can go back to "The Quad" with your nose flute and slide rule, and maybe meet girls who smoke French cigarettes and wear gladiator sandals - girls who would be fascinated by your hiking sandals and your Beat poetry? "Hey, man, I dig your howl." "I shall sing you a folk song and we shall fall in love promptly." Obviously. And that is what the Tevka Omnium 2 Sport Sandal provides: comfort, security, quality, and... and memories. Seventy bucks for memories like those? Well, these are my criteria and those are my memories, kids. Get a pair of these babies and forge the memories that predict the story of your own consciousness. All that from a great pair of shoes.Buy a pair. Have a life. Write your own review.

Very well made. Looks tough yet very stylish
My husband loves it. Comfortable to go hiking, the traction on loose rocks prove to be helpful against slipping. Will also be great walking on the beach and shallow and rocky rivers with these close toed sandals. And great walking throughout town and entering casually dressed required eateries. Very versatile. Worth the money.
