How long does this last

If you vacuum seal correctly it will last for years. If not, the 25 lb box would have to be used in a year or so. I bought a 25 lb box, but they never mentioned it'll come in a single bag tied with a plastic knot. I thought they would be in #10 cans or similar. The milk is good, but you need to shelf a lot of it for long term.
