for Logi MX Keys K800 YR0073 Wireless Keyboard Replacement Battery Upgraded [1800mAh] 802085P 802085 533-000177 533-000221 533-000141 Battery 3.7V

Just received. Trying to put battery in the k800 and the cable length on this battery is about 2 inches to short for the k800. Ive taken a star off for this as it says its compatible with the k800. Was able to cut the old connector and cables off and solder on to the new battery. Very unnerving as lithium batterys do not take kindly to shorting out. After doing this was able to insert the cable and resassemble the k800. Time will tell if it last. I will update within a year if it fails.

This installed simply enough, but certainly did nothing to resolve the battery issue. This “extended battery” is no better than the OEM that I had to replace.

Not much to say about it. I damaged the battery in my no-name wireless keyboard and this was able to replace it. I had to make sure the dimensions were similar and then add a little padding, but it's working and charging just fine. No idea about longevity, but it doesn't get hot when charging or in use.

I'm happy to report that it works really well.However, I do want to mention that the instructions for replacing the battery are not (taking off a star for this frustration factor). I had to resort to watching a YouTube video to figure out how to access the battery compartment. In my case, I had to heat up the keyboard to loosen the glue and gain access to the battery. This was a bit scary for someone outside their comfort zone, but I managed to get it done.Since replacing the battery, I've noticed a significant improvement in the battery life of my wireless keyboard. I used to have to recharge it every 3 to 4 days, but now it lasts for 8 to 10 days. While it's not quite two weeks, it's definitely over a week, which is a big improvement.I'm not sure if this replacement battery has a higher capacity than the original, but it seems to be working well so far. I've only had to recharge it twice in the month since I replaced it, which is a good sign.Overall, I'm happy with the replacement battery. It's reliable, and the improved battery life is definitely worth it for the price.
