Super value zma, always skeptical about such cheap products but it has the right levels of the patent Xmas formula. Ignore the bad reviews about the tabs being big, they really are not that bad,it's only two so not a big deal. Only issue is I sleep well but have a constant you know what (for the men) pretty much all night which means you know it's working. Will stock up as it's so cheap.

Had ordered these once before and they were fine with small normal size tablets But the 2nd batch came with huge chunky tablets which are almost impossible to swallow. Unable to consume them without cutting the tablets up which leaves a disgusting taste.

These are a good ZMA source. It is a great value product that enhances sleep quality and induces vivid dreams! It is highly effective with just one tablet, but if I take two, I wake up feeling groggy. I guess that is a sign that it works!

These tablets are really thick and round so very hard to swallow. I can normally take three tablets at a time but I really struggle with these so won't buy again unfortunately.

Cheap and nasty. Doesn't use the correct version of magnesium for the claims it makes on the package. Instead, it uses magnesium which is primarily a laxative!
