Automatic Mouthwash Dispenser

Between Nov 3 and 29th 2024 I purchased a total of 4 of these for my bathrooms. All 4 of them have a manufacturing defect which causes them to leak from the bottom where there is no visible hole but the seal between the sides appears to allow mouthwash to leak out slowly. It is not an overflow from the top, or from a user issue. It is now April so it’s too late to return but huge disappointment. I now noticed that I’m not the only one who’s had that issue.

I had a previous dispenser and while I didn't dislilke it, I felt that it was a little unsanatary as the cups could not be covered. I wanted to change to one with a smaller footprint that could be put into the cabinet beside the sink and stay cleaner. This unit is small enough to sit on the front of a shelf and has a light that makes it easy to see. It also gives better "feedback" when the cup is in the correct position for dispensing. It does seem small but it will hold between 1/2 - 3/4 of the mouthwash in a standard size bottle.It does come with the accessories to be able to mount. It is fast charging and holds the charge a long time. Would definately recommend.

Cool idea however less than a year later and the plastic container is leaking for no reason. It's been on the side of my sink since I bought it. There is really no reason to leak and it sucks that my return window just closed

The media could not be loaded. PROS: For starters, if it didn’t leak, I would’ve rated this five stars. It gives you three different options for how much mouthwash you want 10, 20, or 30 mL. It comes with 2 cups and they are magnetic so they don’t fall all over the place when you place it under the dispenser. It’s also magnetic in the dispensing area and it lights up as it is filling.CONS: Before last night, we didn’t have any problems and it’s been about three weeks since we’ve had it. My husband filled it last night and we woke up to half of the mouthwash all over our bathroom counter. I figured out that it was a slow leak coming from the base of the container. That line you see in the video going around the entire base is where it leaks from. I’m kind of skeptical to re-order because I seen other reviews that said they experienced the same thing. However, I really liked this product, and I am still debating on whether to try it again. I just don’t want to be stuck with another leaking product two months and $30 later.

It’s leaking bad

I was really excited about the Automatic Mouthwash Dispenser for Bathroom because of its sleek design and adjustable dispensing levels, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet expectations. The biggest issue? Leakage.From the very first use, I noticed small leaks around the dispenser nozzle and the area where the container connects to the wall mount. At first, I thought I might have assembled it incorrectly, but even after double-checking and reassembling it, the problem persisted. Over time, I found myself constantly cleaning up sticky spills, which defeated the purpose of a "clean and convenient" product.The magnetic cups are a nice touch, but they also tend to get wet due to the leaks, which feels unsanitary. It's frustrating because the concept and appearance of the dispenser are great, but the poor execution in terms of functionality makes it unusable for me.I wouldn’t recommend this product unless the manufacturer addresses the leakage issue.

Excellent product the cups with magnets make it easy to place them in the right -lace and the automated fill-up is awesome, 3 different fill levels also make it easy to find your sweet spot liquid level

I ordered 2 of these for my child’s bathroom (pre dental rinse and mouthwash) and absolutely loved them. Great for kids - portions out the liquid with no mess. Loved them so much I had my husband order 2 for our bathroom. 1 is great. The other one stated leaking liquid all over counter after only several days is use. So 3/4 work but the leaking one can’t be used at all. I’d love to be able to contact the company to get a new “tank” component but don’t see a way to do that. Disappointed one of them leaks and can’t be used.
