Can you adjust the focus?

Yes, the black thing in the center of the binoculars is to adjust and focus. I used the in the mountains in Colorado to hunt elk. Loved them.

Never had them fog internal. Exterior lens fogs occasionally.

Does it come wirh a carry case?

mine did come with a carrying case and strap for the binoculars. Velcro closure on the carrying case.
