As of now I’m writing 5 stars, it’s too soon to notice any difference. It’s not my first time taking this supplement but it is my first time buying the particular brand. I’ll update in a few months

It's too early to say if this has any positive effects on PCOS symptom management. Most supplements need to be taken for at least 3 months to leave an impression, and this bottle is a one month supply. For that reason it's not a great value, but it is a great quality. None of the pills broke inside the bottle which happens sometimes with cellulose capsules and there aren't any filler ingredients. The pills themselves are small and easy to swallow, but that's what makes them 4 per serving. Neither ingredient has an odor on their own, so this just smells like a pill bottle.

This is one of the few brands I've come across that manufacturers their product in the USA, is GMP certified, and is subject to third party lab testing. Those are the most important criteria in my book for a safe, effective supplement, which makes me feel confident about this supplement as well as the brand in general.

I like that these PCOS supplements show Inositol as the ingredients with no unwanted fillers. The description from the seller claims these are "manufactured under strict standards at our FDA-registered and GMP-certified facility in Colorado, USA. They are regularly inspected and verified by third-party quality control. The 100% natural formula is free of all gluten, soy, dairy, and GMOs." There is none of this on the bottle other than a claim that the product is made in the USA from globally sourced ingredients. Each bottle has 120 capsules and the recommended dose is 4 a day.

This is a good supplement that is made in the research supported ratio of 40 to 1 Myo-inositol to D-Chiro Inositol. The recommended serving is 4 capsules a day, so I split 2 in the morning and 2 around dinner time. This is made in a GMP certified lab in the USA and the lab is regularly inspected by a 3rd party for quality assurance. The capsules are easy to swallow, have no dyes, no taste, no odor and all are fully filled ensuring the same dose each time.

The pills are not very big. They are under an inch long, and pretty thin so they are easy to take. There's no aftertaste, and it's easy to swallow.I don't like that the description states take 2 capsules daily, yet the bottle says take 4 capsules daily. Instead of a 2 month supply per the description, this is only a 1 month supply per the bottle.I don't know if it's helping with my PCOS. Since I started taking it, my period has not been good or in control. I hate to blame this since it's hard to know if it's this pill or something else. I docked a star because the symptoms started about 2 days after starting this, and nothing else in my life has changed. I kept taking it to see if the symptoms would subside, and it was just my body getting used to Inositol, but they haven't yet. So, I feel like it's probably this that caused the change.
