Excellent flavor. Easy to use.I wanted to make donuts but time did not allow me. I made a cake and layered the fillings in the cake.I found them very easy to use. Simply cut the top off as big or as small as you want it and squeeze.The consistency is excellent. It is gelled perfectly. Not runny at all.The flavors remind me of exactly what I would expect inside a jelly donut bought from the local store. The raspberry taste like raspberry. The Bavarian creme taste just as I expect it to taste.5 stars:Easy to work with. Taste great. I am happy with it.

These fillings are great if you do big batch baking. My favorite was the raspberry filling, and it worked well to fill some pastries. I don’t make huge batches so I didn’t use all of it. I did freeze what was left and that worked well. The plastic sleeve makes it easy to dispense and the fillings have a great flavor and texture. I would have liked it if they had a bit more of the actual fruit.

Each one is 2 lbs.Unfortunately, two of the three arrived leaking and sticky. The third was not yet leaking but when I squeezed the tube/sleeve, a small amount started. The bags/tubes themself are good and do not have any holes, it's coming out where they are sealed.The bags say they are not labeled for retail sale, and they do not have a nutrition label nor was any information included that gave that info. Have to refer to the listing for that information. I received a French Bavarian Creme, a Raspberry and a Strawberry. They do list the ingredients, but it is difficult to read the black print on the raspberry and strawberry due to the deep color. I could not find a expiration date on any of the bags. The plain cardboard box they arrived in had a UPC over top of another UPC. I did find a date on the bottom sticker but that doesn't inspire confidence since we don't know when or why it needed a new UPC sticker. The old sticker says "New - 2 expires: 12-15-24". I'm not sure what the 2 means. I received these in May of 2024. The listing states it includes icing spreaders/2 small spatulas but there were none included.I tried the Strawberry since that one hadn't previously leaked and didn't have obvious holes in the seams and found it to be great tasting. I appreciate it is of a good consistency and easy to use. The shape of the sleeve made it easy to dispense.

My wife likes to bake and I was in the mood for some raspberry filled cake and vanilla cream eclairs. So trying this was a no brainer. Note while I did receive the product for free, I do have to pay income taxes on the full value of it. My review is based solely on the product itself, nothing moreThis raspberry filling is quite effective, It generates a very good tasting flavor in the cake my wife made. She said it was easy to use. The Bavarian cream was even better in the eclairs. A very good product, we would buy again

This is the first time I used the filling, because normally I don’t bake but I’ve been dabbling in various pastry and desert recipes lately. I love this set, the taste is amazing, the texture is nice and the way it spreads makes it easy to use. So far I’ve made a small layered cake with the raspberry filling and some Bavarian cream filled cupcakes.The product arrived well packaged with no breakage or leakage, the expiration date was well into the future, and it even came with spreaders.

There's so much that you can do with these! Creme Puffs, Jelly Doughnuts, Pies, etc. Delicious!I love the easy to use containers. And when you are finished, you simply seal them up and put them in the fridge. And you get a tremendous amount in each container, so being able to store and reuse them is key.From what I can tell on the ingredients list, these even appear to be vegan/vegetarian!I made a divine tiramisu with the Bavarian cream and some chocolate filled wafer cookies--see photo. And it was so easy!Highly Recommended!!!
