I’m insomniac and very little noise disrupts me.Since I started taking this, I have noticed a difference in my sleeping patterns. I've tried many different types of magnesium supplements for my kids- after a while of taking gummies, they don't like the taste anymore, pills and capsules are either too big or need to be taken too many times throughout the day. This has been the perfect option for us, tastes great, my kids are finally willing to take something

I love this magnesium, the pineapple taste is great in my opinion! For some reason sometimes it hurts my belly a little- maybe I should do it on a full stomach idk- but that’s the only downside for me! I think it’s great when it doesn’t make my stomach feel a little icky.

Well first of all the taste is awesome! It is very sweet which I like personally but maybe not everyone else would. I have the strawberry one. I'm also coming off of Zoloft and I feel the ashwaganda, magnesium, and omega 3's are all helping to keep the withdrawal symptoms in check much more. Hard to say if it really makes me drowsy I take it right before brushing my teeth and laying down for the night and I'm usually tired anyways, but I also haven't woken up in the middle of the night so maybe it is helping in that regard too! Will likely buy again

Great grape tasting a tab but sweet but better than any other liquid supplement I have tasted. Also works faster than pills!

This magnesium has proven a great help with my magnesium deficiency. The tingling has decreased exponentially.
