It takes a while for supplements to get into your system but my hair seems tone thickening somewhat. Overall good product, and I can take on an empty stomach without feeling nauseated.

I was in denial at first, but the results speak for themselves! I wish I'd taken photos prior to taking these supplements for a before and after, that's how skeptical I was.Now that I'm in my mid 30's, things, like my skin, start changing unfortunately. My forehead had more folds and felt loose, the sides of my face felt droopy and overall just looked dull.I kept seeing ads from *insert popular social media app here* for these kind of supplements and figured what do I have to lose? Except a few extra bucks. That's why I decided to go with this brand that was slightly more affordable than the one being preached.I began taking them about a week ago and just two days later, I went to play with my droopy cheeks only to realize they didn't feel as droopy as before. I was taken aback, but didn't think much of it and thought I was imagining it. As of yesterday, I REALLY felt and saw a difference! The skin on my forehead looked and felt better than a week ago! Still have folds, but not as bad. And for the record, I'm not currently doing any type of skin care (but I should get back into it for even better results!)I'm happy these supplements include biotin since my hair is another issue, too.
