The media could not be loaded. This product is excellent in terms of quality, appearance, feel, and ease of refilling. I've been using humidifiers for the past three years, but from a different brand. This is my first time using one from ROSEKM, and I must say, it's outstanding compared to the others. Absolutely bad product. The quality of the the material used is very cheap and low quality. The plastic parts have started breaking down after being submerged in the water.
