FEECCO Weighted Hula Hoops for Adults, 1-2.3kg Hula Hoops for Weight Loss

It is easy to assemble and disassemble. I have been looking for a heavy waited hoop for sometime and I wasn’t sure if Feecco will be the right one . I decided to give it a go. I have used it once but I am loving it. I definitely recommend if only if you like the weight. I bought 2.3kg since i was using the lighter ones which was 1.8kg and I wanted to feel more weight. I like the wuality and colour which is grey and purple.

Light weight and easy to assemble! I don’t really feel the pain and it can adjust the size of hula hoop.

I bought my daughters and myself these for Xmas, I recommend starting off with the shorter version (leave 1 piece out of the ring) as it's pretty heavy to begin with. 1st time we used it with all sections in, we felt like it was bruising our tummy and hips hence start with the smaller version as that didnt hurt at all.Gives you a really good workout around the core and we've now added the last section and can hula hoop the large version pain free. I recommend maybe building the time up gradually using it too and it may take time for your muscles to get used to it. Fun and easy to set up and use.

Love this hula hoop just wish it was heavier .......bough one in Argos years ago when i was in slimworld and can't get the same one because i can't remember what weigh it was......but thank you Amazon...........
