Purchase to attach a small children’s cart canopy to a lunch cart at school. The idea would have worked but the cart had some funky handles that kept the idea at bay. These are well made and super durable. I’m sure I’ll use them eventually! Definitely will keep. The clamp strength can be adjusted by hand and then lightly tightened with a proper tool afterwards depending on the nut size. Comes in a little cardboard box so all pieces stay together. Easy to use. The design promises a god function in the right application. Comes with 13mm nut driver bit!

Perfect cheap fix for broken hanging shelf

I bought these to connect two shelves meant for a food truck so that they will stay level. This was perfect.

Good quality and at a fair price. Unfortunatly they wern't the answer to what I wanted to secure with them. I'm sure a need will arise in the future so I'm keeping them.

These are an interesting clamp. They will definitely hold onto a board. I attached pictures showing the distance opening of the clamp -- smallest being 1.25 inches, and the largest being 2 5/8". I was thinking I could use these to clamp 2 ^ .74" boards together -- especially along their lengths for added clamping.To check the clamping power, I used my impact drill to tighten 2 boards -- and the clamp deformed (see pictures). It will go back to its original shape after I put it into a vise and squeezed it.So, can it be used to replace clamps -- maybe, but not with excessive pressure -- don't use an impact drill. These will work for attaching things to a board -- like a temporary plank. I did not attempt to measure the clamping force, but it should be able to close together a bowed board -- just use the non-impact drill to close the clamp. The drill driver works great and with the locking nut, the clamp can be secured in a semi-permanent attachment.
