Product was a very poor consistency and was dry and chalky in places, with some work it became useable.Was used around a flue liner on a stove and the product has blead all over the stove and heart and caused significant damage.This is the first time this has ever happened in 20 years of using these products,

Not easy to spread but seems to do the job in filling in cracks in the fire place surround
Not easily to spread or stick to the side of the fire place surround. I found it easier once I sprayed the surround with water and also the mixture to loosen up which is not mentioned in the instructions.
