These were very effective for helping me quit a 15 yr addiction to nicotene gum. I used to chew 32 pieces a day of the 2mg gum. I tried other things like chewing regular bubble gum etc but thought to give these a try since they look a bit like chewing tobacco the kind in pouches . Well iam happy to say that iam over 2 and a half weeks completely nicotene free thanks to these now, the flavor was great and lasted a long time! Only tried a few so far. Never used tobacco pouches so not using these for a substitute or anything - I just thought they might be a novel way to try coffee. They taste decent and the pouch seems durable. I just can't see myself using these long-term for any purpose. Won't likely get any more once finished.
