This is amazing. I've had it since March of this year and very happy with the purchase. The battery lasts for quite some time and the suction is perfect. Cleaning out the filter is easy and essential to keep the suction high. I have carpet and hardwood floors and this vacuum handles both easily without stopping to change different levels. It charges fast, is easy to use and light weight. With a bad shoulder the weight is no problem. The absolute only thing I found annoying at first was the way it shuts off. It is necessary to press the lever on and leave it alone or the next touch will cause the vacuum to shut off. A high pitched noise will alert you to the fact. This is a great lightweight vacuum. I'm a picky person and I'm more than pleased to say this is a good quality vacuum.

I was pleasantly surprised at how well this vac is made and its overall performance, really great display and its ease of operation. Most importantly, in my case, after several weeks, I had a small problem. I contacted the manufacturer and explained what was happening. They responded to me the very next day and offered me advice and tips to help and they actually kept communications with me open showing concern for my satisfaction. They were very engaged in helping me, something not easy to find these days. They ultimately resolved my problem 100%. This vac works perfect and outperforms its most expensive competitor. I know firsthand. Biggest thing for me is there is NO TANGLING in the vac roller and no clogging. I recently tossed out my $650, brand name vac, like this style vac that was a pile of junk, as it had constant problems, from day 1 with tangling, clogging and getting to the filter. I really dreaded using it. At 67 years old I’m tired of getting stuck with junk. Not this time though. No more roller tangling and no more clogging with this vac. It has a Large capacity dirt container, fast battery charging, wall mount charging unit that you can hang the vac on, it’s easy to clean the dirt bin, easy to replace or clean the filter without any major effort or crazy disassembly to get to the filter, easy to maneuver, useable attachments, goes from hard flors to carpet to area rugs seamlessly as it adjusts automatically to the floor type. This is the way a vac like this should be made and should perform. A vac is really a pretty basic concept, not that complicated, yet so many others produce junk but this brand got it right. It’s made with quality in mind. I am extremely happy to highly recommend this vac. If this is the type of vac you need you shouldn’t hesitate to buy it. You will be happy with its performance. I’m so pleased and was treated so well that I’m more than happy to spend my time to write this review so it will hopefully help others.

A great product, my wife uses it numerous times during the day. It delivers great suction with two speeds. My wife says it is great and well worth the price. Constructed to hold up against a lot of use. She says it is a great product ot have around the house. Works on carpet, wood floor, and ceramic floor.

I LOVE this little machine! I use it almost everyday, I have dogs, and a cat that shed like crazy. This is great to use in between the big cleaning day. It makes me happy to vacuum. It is lightweight, and the light in front lets you see the hair.Their customer service is amazing. The telescoping pole stopped “catching” two days after the return period. I emailed the company and they sent me a new machine! They were quick to respond to my complaint, and quick to solve the problem. Thank you!

Yes, it can stand on its own! As nice as some of the expensive brand name stick vacuums are, most do not have this feature. But when you're cleaning a room and you need to pause to move something out of the way or want to leave it while you go to something else, it's so annoying to have to find somewhere to lean it against. This vacuum stands no problem when needed. It's a bit less balanced when fully extended to it's longest length but still will. Love that it has the telescoping so my tall husband and my kids can both use. Attachments work fine. We've had it for a year and have used it on carpet, hardwood, and tile. I wouldn't say it's a deep cleaner on carpet but it works just fine for us. Battery lasts a long time, sometimes we just keep it sitting for weeks in our living area and use as needed. Can easily vacuum the whole 2000 sq ft home on one charge. And it's not hideous as a plus!
