I was buying a different brand that was 3x the price ... the one my physician suggested. I decided to look on Amazon and see if I could find something comparable. I found these and they work as well as the brand I was getting at the health food store.

I was having indigestion and these helped tremendously. They aren’t too big so they are easy to take with water. They don’t have a bad taste or smell either. I feel like my stomach has gotten flatter since I’ve started taking these as well.

I’ve always had digestive issues but saw a difference in a week with this product. Now I am regular and it’s working every day. The first week the side effect was gas, but that has gone away.

I started on this and noticed some changes in my gut activity to the good. But after continuing the use of it, it causes upset stomach and headache after taking it. Then I got a slight acne breakout across my chest. Definitely my gut fussing about it. I stopped for a few days, tried it again- headache and noisy gut again. So I had to stop using it.

Seems to work well. It doesn't have a bad smell or taste. Good value.
