Professional results in a can
I needed to repaint the sunroof trim on my car due to clear coat pealing. I decided to give this top coat paint a try. It did have orange peel after it dried but it was not bad at all. Just follow the directions and you will get great results. I was able to wet sand, cut and polish the paint to a mirror like finish easily. We’ll see how long it lasts but it seems to be a very durable surface. Also other reviews said the color looks dark grey. I can confirm it is dark grey but it’s very hard to notice a difference. It matches the sunroof glass and that’s good enough for me.

Exactly what I needed
This paint sprayed nicely and looks great when finished. Seems to be resistant to gas. I used it on a motorcycle gas tank, and I'm proud to take it out now.

Excellent product! Sprayed and laid beautifully!
Very easy to use! Close thing to a real spray gun and results! This is a two part system in a can just like real automotive paint once you depress the bottom on the of the can and mix it you'll have about 24hrs give or take to use it up or it hardens up!

Paint Failure
I followed the directions from Spraymax's website and initially the results looked great. However. three days later when I went to mask the surface for a light color sand prior to a top coat clear it wasn't set up and was still tacky. I'm used to spraying with urethane that I mix with reducer and catalyst and it never fails, this stuff despite all the great reviews was a waste of $ and time. I've been doing professional refinish work for 40yrs, so I know what I'm doing.
