Just like the pub!
I like the quality of Winmau and was not disappointed by the mat. The only problem I have is thanks to my carpet. The mat shifts around quite a bit while I'm playing - it scoots closer to the wall, so I have to adjust it pretty often. I just need to figure out a solution to this problem, and I'll enjoy the game even more. Minor headache.

Protects my Hardwood Floors
I love this mat! I have a high-quality saisal bristle board, and my buddies & I are fairly skilled dart players, so there aren’t many bounce-outs. But when they do happen, this mat prevents holes in my floor.The stand-line is a nice bonus.Plus, I can roll the whole thing up and store it when I entertain non-dart-playing guests (poor souls).

Great mat...bad smell
I normally write reviews that have made a BIG positive or negative impact on me. First, the PROS: mat is very sturdy and will protect your flooring. I have wood floors. The distance markers are actually correct (measured the distance). Asthetically pleasing to the eye and makes a nice addition to any game room. Now for the CONS: holy crap does this thing have a horrible rubber smell to it. This mat is the same material used to make horse stall mats. I left my mat outside in direct sunlight and with objects under the mat to aid in air flow (DO NOT lay the mat flat on ground outside). After 2 days the smell subdued substantially. It is the only reason for the 4 stars. In conclusion, if you plan on buying this mat for yourself, prepare to leave mat outside for a couple of days to get rid of that horrible rubber smell. After smell is gone, mostly, the mat looks great and functions as it should with correct distance markers.

Durable rubber mat, but has a strong smell.
The mat is durable and sturdy but has a strong smell that can be quite overpowering. I'm hoping the smell wears off over time. The mat is thick enough to prevent darts penetrating through to the floor. It looks great, but I can't give it 5 stars due to the very strong rubber smell.
