I switched from Alive Multi and a super greens powder to these Horbaach Super Greens + Multi. Like the other multi, I always take 25mg of zinc with them. I haven't had so much as a cold of any kind ever since. Not like I catch colds very often, but I have not caught anything in approximately 7 months of taking these. I go to the gym at lunch at a major university with all the students, and I watch live music at least 2 days per week at the beach. I mix it up with many people at 62 yrs old, and I don't catch anything. Zero! Nothing! With this much exposure to people even when they have colds I catch nothing!I'm sold Horbaach! 🤙🤙

Seems great but I'm now urinating green in the morning... 2 days in a row so far. This happen to anyone else?

First off, I like the capsule format, making these easy to swallow. Much prefer that to a hard tablet. I use this to round out my daily multivitamin, although I don’t take this one every day. It’s more of a supplement and It adds greens to my diet, and has probiotics too.

Can’t beat these for the price. It’s tablet form and some say capsules are better.

My husband takes these daily. He swears they help his gut. Shipping was very quick. I would buy from this seller again.
