I was getting a SUDS error code on my washer even after trying to clean the filter basket and looking at other ways to clear the error. My troubleshooting gave me this last resort pump replacement to see if that would clear and sure enough, this worked like a charm. It seems that the transformer in there could go bad so the cheapest and convienient thing to do was to replace the whole pump assembly. I don't remember what model I have but I used the model chart that was listed on the picture and it definitely worked for me. Installation was easy after looking up YouTube videos but I'm glad that this was readily available here on Amazon and a very low cost. Time will tell how this will hold up but thus far it's been doing well.

After receiving this new pump, I did notice that it looked exactly like the original pump. The hardest part was getting the old one out. Went back in within five minutes then I had to put the washer back together. Works perfect so far.

My Samsung front load was giving me a SC error code frequently during a wash cycle. I watch a YouTube video, it was determined I needed a drain pipe due to the clothes not draining properly. The drain pipe is very common and tends to go bad over the years. However, I order this product and it fix my problem. In fact, this item was identical one to the manufacturer part for a better price! Perfect match! Great product! Must buy! Thank u!

Work great nice and quiet

I was getting chronic SUD, SC, and SE errors (even after multiple self-cleanings and vinegar) and washer was not completing cycles. Errors gone after installing this pump. Installed according to reviewer Dan. Worked like a charm. No need to disassemble the machine or take off the front panel as in Youtube videos. Just tilt back and go in underneath to install. Note, I only used the pump and not the entire assembly because the nub on top of the trap on this one is larger than the nub and hose on my original. I have Samsung washer model WF42H5000AW/A2.

WARNING/READ : How to install without taking off the washer faceplate or taking anything apart like most of these Youtube videos are telling you. Tilt washer on its "right" side. Drain pump access from underneath. Unscrew 2 screws in the front where the drain filter is. You can reach in from the bottom and push out the drainpump cover plate/door assembly (The small door). Once the 2 screws are out, you can pull out the drain pump, disconnect the 2 electrical connections, and instantly install the new pump.-1 star because the product looks used from rust stains on the small black hose.

Arrived in great shape on schedule. It was easy to replace on my machine. It ended up not being the problem, but because the price was good and it was easy to replace, we kept it on since my machine is 8 years old and the old part was a bit gunky.
