I'm very happy with this. It's heavy duty, feels hefty, but it does not yank at my USB-C port in such a way to cause strain or damage (like my previous video USB-C cable did). It's the perfect length for me, too. So far, I'm very happy with this purchase.

This is a fast cable. Very fast. Supplies all the charging my work laptop needs, and with my laptop connected to my monitor's USB-C port, this cable can run my 3440x1440 240hz monitor at the full 240hz. I've never had my work systems feel so fast and smooth. It actually took some time to get used to because I was so accustomed to my workstation running at 60hz with the laptop's HDMI out that I had been using, as 60hz was the max it could output. Given that this cable can run my 240hz ultrawide display at its full refresh rate without a hiccup, I'd say the manufacturer's bandwidth rating for this cable is accurate, and I'm glad I spent a little more to get this one over a cheaper 10 or 20gbps cable, as I'm actually able to utilize the extra bandwidth.

Cable is VERY stuff and thick. Totally unusable! Any movement its so rigid it will disconnect. Unsure why its so rigid, its not flexible at all. You can manipulate it to a certain shape, but if you move it while connected it will actually disconnect an end or put stress on your USBC port on your device.Great for a static position, the wire casing is so thick and causing it to be too rigid.UpdateCustomer service reached out to me and sent out another set of “more flexible” cables. Sadly they were still not what I’d consider flexible and didn’t work for my application. I added 2 stars for their good customer service and attention to those who use their products.

Update: After seeing my review, this seller contacted me and offered a refund.Even though this cable did not work for me, I'm changing my review to 5 star because good customer service - especially proactive customer service - is hard to come by. So far, it's so good! It works seamlessly as desired. I have no complaints so far! If there is any update, I will update this review. 5/5. I am using it to transmit videos to my secondary monitor, and it is doing just that!
