Too expensive
I’ve used this product twice so far. I bought it for the dicing size, it’s somewhat bigger than other dicer I’ve seen. I make an 8 quart stock pot of fresh vegetable soup a lot. This appliance reduces an hour job of dicing to about 20 minutes. that said, it does not dice the ends of the vegetables. I have to manually push the vegetables through or waste them. This did add extra time to my prep work. The blades are sharp, but I don’t think they’re sharp enough. I feel for the price I paid of $245, I shouldn’t have to manually push the last of the vegetables . For this reason, I gave it a three otherwise it would be a four. Cleaning is very easy. It comes with tools to help clean. There are suction cups on the bottom so it won’t slide while you’re using it. It’s durable . There are no storage cases.. I’m using the Styrofoam and small box the discs came in to store discs and accessories. for me it was worth buying because I don’t like chopping all those vegetables but I don’t feel like I got my moneys worth due to the blade issues and lack of storage cases

Perfect for Dicing—But Not Soft Veggies
Great for use in a small kitchen—works well for chopping onions, but not suitable for tomatoes! If you need to dice a large quantity, it’s quite handy. However, it doesn’t work well with very soft vegetables. I recommend it for carrots, cucumbers, and onions—they all work fine! But for lettuce or tomatoes, not so much.
