I started using these several months ago and noticed a difference in my energy level immediately! It really helps to flush and cleanse your kidneys. Easy to swallow capsules. Just 2 a day. Helps you flush out your kidneys very well. Just take 2 capsules a day and you will be flushed out very well. They're great and reasonably priced. I will buy them again. Urine no longer has a strong smell.
