These joysticks are the best I have tried. They took no adjustment and work flawlessly. YOU NEED THE TOOLS AND KNOWLEDGE TO DESOLDER A CIRCUIT BOARD. There are some good videos on YouTube on how to solder these. It took about 30 minutes to install.

These joysticks seem much better than OEM. I replaced these on my original PS5 Controller and they seem better than my newest controller I bought last fall on Black Friday. The soldering isn't for the faint of heart soI recommend some previous soldering experience or have some that knows do them. A desolder gun makes the job way easier. I didn't end up using the adjusters on the sides of the joystick since it was very close out of the box but I didn't find an unofficial PS5 joystick calibration program online that made sure the range and centering was perfect. I will buy these for my other controllers when they fail and have recommended these to friends.

Well I was very excited to get this delivered. Today I had some time and I swapped the analog stuck that suffering from drift...only to make the matter much worse.The joystick is registering up position and moving it side to side is very jittery. The stick will not register any down movements. I attempted to calibrate it manually and using software but unfortunately nothing I did managed to fix the issue. Now my controller is worse and I'm out $15...DO NOT BUY! Look for an alternative product with more reviews.

Went in nicely, feel well made. Look up the video on removing the old modules in pieces, much better technique. This is the first day and they work great, my first calibration attempt showed the right module stuck going diagonally up and right, my soldering just needed to be better at contacting the board so I touched it up and they were ready to calibrate. I will update the review if they don't hold up.Perfect so far.

If your looking for a good replacement analog for your retro N64 controller this product is great and is plug and play just open your controller and unplug the old analog and plug this in and reassemble. Analog response is great as well since it is Hall Effect.

Bought an Atomic Purple 64 controller for $5 at a garage sale with a broken stick that was beyond repair. Bought one of these and oh my god, was it worth it. Install took about 5 minutes and it works great! It's just as precise as an original stick, but feels way better to use. I'd say go for it, if you got an N64 controller with a bad joystick and don't want to fix it, than this replacement stick is an absolute must have.
