Beautiful doors, NOT EAST TO INSTALL

NO video directions and the written do not explain how to just lists. The door came damaged but the deliverer still left it, and now they have to send a new door (1 of 2) . No customer service to help , The door itself is pretty and the quality is good and the hardware is strong.

Love these, they brought so much to the look of my home. Can't say they were easy to install, but I'm sure a hired handyman could have done it much faster!

This is a very beautiful door. It is made from high-quality material. I had a DIY person install it, but it took them two days to complete.. was told it was very challenging to install. Also, the door came with only one handle, but I reached out to the seller and they sent the other one immediately..

Loved the door. But I have reached out to Jubest Customer Service on various occasions and no response. I received my door, that was purchased through Amazon and was missing a door handle. Amazon asked me to reach out to the company and I did with no response. Now I am left to find replacement handles. Poor customer service from the seller on my part.

The door itself is beautiful but yeah utter lack of clear instructions to put together properly is annoying. We had to take it about 3-4 times and redo things to get it correct.
