After buying so many knee braces with absolutely no success or usefulness, I finally found it - the perfect one for me! All of the previous ones either slid down or were too tight, had fabric that irritated my skin, rolled over the top, pinched the back of my knee, or were just plain uncomfortable. This knee brace is perfect! No silicone grippers at the top (those really irritated my skin) but yet the top stays firmly in place. The polyester fabric is tightly knit to support my knee, and the side brace bars are flexible but keep the support going! I had measured my size to be right on the border between large and extra large, so I ordered both and found the extra large to be just right, and I returned the large. I hope you have the same success as I have - this is my perfect knee brace!

This is the best knee brace I have ever had. Before I bought this is could not even make it through the grocery store before I was in excruciating pain. I was doing store pickup so I didn't have to go to any stores and basically stayed home. I seached Amazon and found this knee brace and decided to give it a try. I tried it around the house first and no pain,I actually walked not limped around. Yesterday I went shopping with my daughter and was on my feet four hours,by the end of our shopping it was starting to hurt. I came home took a couple tylanol and got off my feet and took the brace off and in a very short while you would never have known I was on my feet all day. The thing I love most is it does not slip,it stays in place till you take it off. It gives just the right compression to stabilize your knee and was completely undetectable under my capris. I can not say enough good things about this knee brace. The price is fantastic and you get two in a package.

Runs large. I’m almost always a medium and I’ve purchased many knee sleeves. Small works better. Nice side support. Still flexible with good compression.

I was technically supposed to get Medium according to the size chart (15.5 inches) but I sized down to Small for compression and it fits perfectly and provides strong compression, but it’s not too tight. I’m 5’10” 138 lbsI love that there’s no silicone band and that there’s nothing sticky or grippy on the inside, it’s just the same stretchy fabric as the rest of the sleeve. It stays in place very well if you size down for compression and you’re just walking around in your daily life. I haven’t tested this for running or hiking or any other long cardio activities yet.I was surprised that it had corset boning on the left and right side of the sleeve, but it’s not uncomfortable. Maybe it’s helping? Idk. I bet you could cut it out if it annoyed you.The only negative point is that it has little tags on the inside, I had to rip them out right away.

I had pulled a ligament in my knee that prevented me from continuing Pilates and aerobics. It took about a month to heal but my instructor had suggested stabilizing my knee since it had been previously injured. I didn't want anything too mechanical so I purchased this knee sleeve and it works well. Its not heavily binding so I can still easily move during my Pilates and aerobics workouts. It suits my purposes perfectly. My order came 2 to a package, it was on time and well packaged. Great transaction overall.

Went according to their measurements and it fits well. Band at top & bottom are wide enough to grip yet very comfortable. Length is good. Material lightweight which is a good thing BUT because of that I don’t feel the compression is adequate. Don’t really feel much compression/support

I was a little hesitant because of the ribbing on the side but these are sooo comfortable. Lightweight too! And in spite of them being lightweight I felt really supported. The only issue I encountered was at the top of the ribbing it jabbed in to my leg. I took a nail file and filed off the sharp point and all is well. Worth the price!

Perfect compression and fit for me right away. Quality seems surprisingly good. Just enough stretch, hence the compression. Don't know if it will prevent any future cortisone shots but relieves pain and would buy again!
