Very nice, high quality blender. Finally, a blender that if you set it on 'auto' sense mode, it does the job, correctly. No missed ice not crushed. No fibers of celery still hanging around. Everything is blended smoothly and perfectly. Looks great in the kitchen and doesn't take up too much room. And the to-go size cup is a nice little bonus, for the price.

I just received a warranty replacement for this blender. Hopefully this one will not fail. See my initial review below.**Purchased three months ago. Loved this blender for smoothies. Used it at least 30 times and it was awesome. Recommended it to all of my friends! The Automatic mode for making smoothies was amazing. Loved the CLEAN mode too. Never put it in the dishwasher. Yesterday I was making my usual smoothie and the blade stopped spinning. I removed all of my frozen fruit and reloaded with some additional almond milk and it would not spin at all. I unloaded it completely and tried it again and this time lots of rubber shavings started flying from the top of the motor. I can see where the black rubber ring is located surrounding the gear from the motor. I tried to call customer service but never got an answer after 56 minutes. Completed a warranty request for replacement. Will update when I hear from them. At present, I am NOT recommending this product. Pity.

Very powerful with unique and easy to use controlsNice design too!

I used it for a week and it was great. I used it to crush lemons. I used the highest speed, the fifth gear, for 30 seconds. The final result was that the lemon peel and lemon seeds were not visible at all, and there were no small particles. It was very delicate. In summary, it is small and powerful.

Lost 25 year old Vitamix in the Palisades fire. I needed a new one but didn’t really want to buy a Vitamix while I’m in transition. I just needed something to get by. So far so good. It performs well and has the power to make hummus and smoothies. The Vitamix had a power boost option that would pulverize anything. This blender is missing that feature which was nice. Other than that it’s way less expensive and the best I have seen for the price.
