Q: How do you remove the polish?

Vinylux removes easily with acetone nail polish remover just like traditional nail polish. I found it needed a few seconds held on the nail polish to soften it up.

Q: Can a base coat be used for longer wear?

I’ve used a base and top coat to extend the wear.

Q: ?Is this polish see-through or frosted

It’s kind of both. I had to put like 3 coats to cover. But it is frosted too.

silk pajamas and silk slip dress

I really like this nude/ brownish shade. This is silk pajamas on the left taken outside. These colors are hard to choose from online photos so I hope this helps.It also has a very mild shine/ glimmer to it!I'm ver happy with this elegant color.Silk slip dress is a natural clayish color, also very beautiful, picture on right taken inside.

Beautiful color but...

Beautiful color! However it began chipping on day 3. And yes I used the long wear top coat. In all fairness I do wash my hands too many times to count throughout the day (mom of 4 little ones) plus washing dishes. I usually don't paint my nails because of these reasons. But I was hopeful that i would get a 7 day wear. The Polish is looking great on my feet though. I love the color and will continue to use but maybe just on my feet.

My Favorite Nail Polish

When you use this polish with the top coat it will last until you take it off 3 weeks later. This brand is my favorite nail polish. I’ve been buying it for years and Amazon has great discounts!

Beautiful. Same reliability and predictable dry time as all Vinylux. Does seem somewhat streaky sometimes.
