It’s wonderful, just as described

Transaction was smooth, easy, item is as advertised. I'm happy with the phone, frustrated with learning to use a totally different phone without any idea of how it works. Going from Samsung Note 10 to TCL 40 XL .. awkward!

Love the phone, the distributor is just the worse! I ordered my phone here on May 9, 2025, the seller/distributor originally stated it would be delivered 2 weeks later, then they postponed it by a few days, then another week, then another, then stated it would be delivered "for sure" by the 12th of June, it was FINALLY delivered on June 17, 2025 (39 DAYS) LATER almost a month LATE, and it came in an Universal Epic Universe beat up old box with so little packaging paper that it was just flopping around inside. The phone itself is great, it has a ton of memory, works well and takes clear pictures; but my suggestion is if you can buy it from a different seller, do so, because this one is clearly not taking their job selling on Amazon serious at all.

Awsome but for the price

Purchase a TCL 40XL phone even though I've never hear of this brand before. Very good phone so far, I have not had any problems and it was easy to set up and it came new and with charger.

Bought 3 with visible plan. After 1 year:: #1 has white screen burn, about 1/3 x 2 inches in the left center, not terrible but annoying. #2 battery burst into flame. #3 battery is swollen and the back is about 1/4 inch swollen. I use them as hotspots for my cameras. Hotspot does connect quickly. I also bought a 50XL and it has a red line down the left side of the screen. Very poor manufacturing quality but they were affordable. No more TCL's for me.
