I didn't realize how good this stuff worked until I ran out. At 51 years old perimenopause was having insomnia sleeping pills and melatonin are great but this supplement is above the rest it definitely helps getting a good solid night rest. Also a plus for those achy muscles. Costco carries the same but larger but I love that Amazon has this for a quick delivery. Excellent product.

I think these are going to work out okay. What I don’t like is that it wasn’t clear that a dose to get 250 mgs is two capsules (so the price is actually double what it seems). Bought these to help with my restless leg syndrome. They seem to be working, so I am pleased so far. Nice slippery capsule when swallowing (these are large capsules).

I like this magnesium supplement,I needed it to help with my PCOS symptoms, and paired it with my inositol. Works well so far and my body feels much better on it. My mood is better, I feel less stressed and I sleep better at night.
