Good taste! Hope it’s actually doing something

I definitely felt a difference when I took these, and even made the mistake of underestimating their potency and taking one or two extra. I had a nice, relaxing (but unplanned) nap that day! When I only eat one, I just feel calm and at ease, not drowsy or impaired in any way.They taste delicious, and the texture isn't overly sticky so it gets stuck in your teeth. These are definitely worth buying, would totally recommend.

Decided to try this for anxiety and sleeplessness. Have not noticed a difference yet.

The flavor of these is really nice. They have a good, firm texture and are pleasant to take on a daily basis. I wouldn't say that the taste is specific to any particular fruit - they don't taste like any certain berry - but more of a general fruity taste that leans toward a berry mix.When reviewing things like this, I won't comment on the supplement effectiveness, as I'm actually a skeptic when it comes to most supplements - ones that aren't simple vitamins and minerals, for example. In addition, as supplement content isn't regulated by the FDA, it's difficult to be sure of the actual content of supplements without laboratory grade testing.

So, these are supposed to assist with mood regulation, focus and eye health.Personally, it didn't have any impact on any of those in my own experience, though I did appreciate the flavor quite a bit. I've always been a sucker for gummies, healthy or not.My wife, on the other hand, insists these were great for her stress and felt that since she started on them, keeping on track with her paperwork has been easier. She didn't notice any visual improvement, however.It might be a case where one size doesn't fit all, given that she's barely above five feet and I'm over six feet. That said, since there isn't any real dose standards for a lot of the ingredients, it's impossible for either of us to really know for sure.Since she has taken the remainder of the bottle and seems pleased with the product overall, I've left three stars instead of two.I wouldn't recommend it unless you're on the petite side.

These had a nice consistency and sweetness to them. The ingredients are fantastic and all the vitamins and minerals are the best.
