My aunt suggested these to me after I complained about getting older and lacking certain nutrients. I’ve taken them 6 days now and a few things I’ve noticed is the increase in energy as well as the water retention being reversed. TMI but I have never used the bathroom so much in my life (#1). These work you just need to make a couple of adjustments.
These patches do work. If you can't take pills for whatever reason, these work well. I have had blood drawn before and after using patches, so I know.They will fall off, so I place them on and put medical tape, the kind they use for bandages over the patch to make them stay on. They will also make your skin a little red so if you use them every day you need to place them in different areas of your skin. Overall I really like them.
