Good product though is a bit pricey.

It has really had a good effect on my digestive system and I feel comfortable traveling long distances without worry when I have it with me.

I always buy this brand because it’s great quality and Probiotics are great to take especially if you’re taking meds.

after developing gi issues at the beginning of this yr i’d been looking for a probiotic to add alongside my regiment of supplements to help my gut. though truthfully, i haven’t noticed a huge difference, i can’t deny seeing a slight improvement in my bowel consistency. seemed to help me have “more” of an amount after struggling with producing enough while going. also like that it has digestive enzymes & supports colon health, as i noticed i wasn’t digesting food properly, so feel good about taking these. so far i haven’t experienced any excess gas or bloating b/c of them. though, as i mentioned before, though improvement appears minimal, i’ll continue to take these since i’m happy they gave me results to some extent.

Been keeping good bones with this product.

These are the only probiotic that really work for me. I can 100% tell the difference when I try another brand or if im not taking these.

Helpful and you don’t have to refrigerate. Good for travel.
