I like it, healthier than ramen or other junk food!
I'm giving these 5 stars because they are a good option if you're looking for healthier meals and it's very easy to make. I added water and stirred it up a bit before microwaving to ensure everything was properly suspended in the water, past that following the directions had great results. As far as taste, if you dislike peas you probably won't like this very much as you can taste the pea protein. For me, this was actually pretty good, it's got a bit of kick to it and I like peas so that was fine. Texture was pretty good as well to me; the water and seasoning thickens into a sauce and the noodles were soft but not mushy. I'm not sure what the bigger chunks are, I believe it's the pea and faba bean textured protein, but they didn't really add much of a texture to this and did not bother me.Overall, while I wouldn't eat this for every meal, I like to have it as an option, I likely don't get all the vitamins and minerals I need and imagine this is a better way of getting important nutrients vs multivitamins.

Content Coconut Curry
I ordered vegan yellow coconut curry packs, and they were overall pretty good. The coconut curry packets came in a total set of 7, and are small enough to fit in a work desk or cupboard as needed for a quick meal to make. The instructions are straightforward and simple to follow on the package. It is like making a packet of ramen basically, so if you know how to do that then this will be easy for you.The taste was overall pretty good, but I wasn't a fan of the raisins in the curry. It just did not match the flavor and texture profile of the overall meal to me, but I wouldn't avoid eating it strictly because of the raisins either.I took one star off of my rating for my personal preference against the raisins, but also the price point. While you do generally spend more on ready-to-go meals that aren't ramen, this was a little pricier, though you do have to keep in mind that this pack is a lot healthier than average. If you can justify it based on that, then this might be a good fit, depending on your budget and how frequently you plan on eating these.Overall, this coconut curry is a great quick meal find. It was easy to make and tasted pretty good for being a quick prepare meal, and has great macros that make the price point easier to digest. I recommend these coconut curry packs to anyone looking for a quick meal to have without sacrificing nutrients, as this is a tasty option.

Spicy, taste nice, texture can be worked on and price is okay.
It good and the cost is about mid to be honest. The taste is pretty similar to one of those cup noodle stir fry's. I personally like to add a few pieces of chicken to it to add to the texture. The spice level is surprisingly nice though, usually anything packaged like this isn't as spicy as you would think.

Surprisingly good
I was very surprised how good the Cajun pasta tasted. I add additional protein to meet the requirements for my diet and a few dashes of hot sauce for some extra heat. I recommend adding a few tablespoons more water than the directions say, as my first serving was a bit crunchy and chewy.I was less impressed by the curry, but it still wasn’t bad.

For the end of the world maybe
Chicken and Mushroom is a laughable description, it has almost an oatmeal undertone and no flavoring. The "Noodles" are tiny and texture is awful. Still trying to figure out if I can return the unused to Huel because I ordered through Amazon obviously. Order through Huel to try stuff first.

Surprisingly Good Flavor
I'm usually not a huge fan of these 'instant' meals because they're typically pretty bad. I have to say, this is decent. The taste is a nice spicy kick, just the way I like it. The flavor in general is quite good. The only issue I have is the texture. It's a bit inconsistent. Some pieces are mushy and soft, some are harder. But this is because it's microwaved with boiling water, and likely due to it being made with pea protein. I've had pea protein instant noodles, and it took a significantly longer amount of time than normal instant noodles. If you also have this issue, I'd either add more water and/or leave it soaking for a bit longer than instructed.I think this is a decent value if you enjoy the taste and absolutely have zero time for meals. This is essentially a healthier instant noodle meal.

Bland City
Tried the HUEL Korean BBQ instant meal—honestly, it was… meh. The texture was fine, but the flavor? Bland city. It tasted like someone described Korean BBQ to a cardboard box and then packaged it. I had to doctor it up with Tabasco and a boiled egg just to make it through without feeling like I was punishing myself. On the plus side, it’s convenient and filling, and I didn’t have to cook. But flavor-wise? It needs serious help. Edible, but only with backup.

It only looks nasty
Shockingly delicious. Texture took a little time to adjust to, but at its worst I would call it fine. One pack is more than filling enough for dinner, and they'd be great for hikes since they don't weigh much but they make for a filling meal. I've just been using them as a healthier cup of noodles replacement myself. Price per pack is a little on the high side for instant noodles, but on the low side for health food.
