this really helps
I was almost out, so only taking one a day. I can tell the difference taking full dose in 3 days. This is the best product i have tried. My arthritic hand have less pain and better movement. My knee joints are more flexible, and I don't have to take as much ibuprofen.

Good addition to your daily wellness routine
It's been a great addition to my wellness routine. As someone who's been active for years, still practices martial arts, and dealt with some wear and tear on my knees (hello, meniscus), my doctor recommended I start taking a joint supplement regularly - and this one checked all the boxes.I haven't noticed dramatic changes in how I feel day to day (I’m not in constant pain), but I appreciate that it includes key ingredients to help support long-term joint health. It gives me peace of mind knowing I'm being proactive.The only small drawback is that the capsules are on the larger side, and the serving size is three per day. That said, if you don't mind taking a few pills, it's a great supplement to stick with. I'll definitely keep it as part of my routine.

Different mix of ingredients
Now that I’m getting older, my joints sometimes act up, so I started taking this supplement. The price is affordable. The size is easy to swallow. What caught my eye was the mix of turmeric and tamarind extracts, which isn’t something I usually see in other joint supplements. It also has glucosamine and Vitamin D3, which are supposed to be good for joint and bone support. The only thing I don’t like is the tablet form. If I don’t swallow it quickly, it tastes bitter. I wish they made it in a capsule instead, but other than that, I’m hopeful it’ll help over time.
